A COA is the independent laboratory report for a specific batch. It documents the measured purity percentage, the peptide identity confirmed by mass spectrometry, the net peptide content, and the lot number tied to your order. The HPLC trace shows a single dominant peak for a pure compound; the MS result confirms the molecular weight matches the expected sequence.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are best kept sealed and protected from light. For long-term storage, −20°C is recommended; they remain stable at ambient temperature during transit. Once reconstituted, store under refrigeration and use within the window appropriate to the specific compound. Always follow your laboratory standard handling procedures.

Unopened, intact products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because these are sensitive research materials, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be accepted for return. If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will replace it at no cost.
