Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase and typically arrive within 2 to 5 days within the United States. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for transit; temperature-sensitive items ship with appropriate insulated packaging.

All sales are final. Because these are sensitive research materials, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. The only exception is a product that arrives damaged or incorrect: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
